Kate Middleton reveals how she found “peace” in nature after most cancer battles.
“I think it's a very secular, very intense emotional reconnection,” she mentioned in a video launched on Monday at Kensington Palace.
“Not everyone can have a very same relationship with nature, but that’s because for me, this fact is a stable place and a truly busy world in any other situation, discovering a kind of peace and reconnection.”

The video marks a rare look for Middleton, who completed most cancer treatments in September 2024 and introduced in January that she is in remission.

“As anyone skilled in most cancer analysis will know, it takes some time to adjust a whole new routine.
Middleton discovered the most cancers after a deliberate abdominal surgery in January 2024. She introduced the analysis in an emotional video.
“Because of this fact, my medical staff showed that I should be under the process of preventive chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of this therapy,” she mentioned at the time.
She admitted that the message was “a huge shock here.”
