Prince William attended the funeral of Pope Francis on Saturday with his spouse Kate Middleton.
The 42-year-old Prince of Wales was photographed at St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican metropolis in Italy, a place that is confirmed by the Cardinal College, surrounded by different world leaders.
Middleton's absence is noteworthy, on the condition that the VIP's spouse, together with Melania Trump and Dr. Jill Biden, attended a spiritual ceremony with their respective husbands, President Trump and former President Joe Biden.
Nevertheless, the Whale Princess is 43 years old and has not attended the funeral because it is reported that it is not customary for the British Royal partner to attend.
In 2005, then-Prince Charles went to Pope John Paul II's funeral solo – although he planned to marry Camilla Parker Bowles the day after serving.
According to the city and country, Middleton (completed the most final cancer remedies for September), she was cautious about what occasions she went to.
The mother of the three is reportedly expected to watch it publicly for the first time in the upcoming Wednesday for two days on the Scottish island.
Meanwhile, William was in the memorial hall of Pope Francis, who needed to participate on behalf of his father, Charles III and the rest of the British royal family.
Charles, 76, missed the ceremony under the agreement and priorities of Buckingham Palace, which required the ruler to not attend the funeral.
Francis died Monday of a stroke at the age of 88. After a few months of fighting double pneumonia, this information has arrived here.
“He has devoted his life to the service of the Lord and his church,” said Cardinal Kevin Farrell of Camillengue, the Holy Roman Church, in an announcement that the pope’s life was lost.
Farrell continued: “He taught us to live in the values of the gospel with constant, bravery and shared love, especially in supporting the poorest and most marginalized.”
“We are very grateful for his sins as a true disciple of the Lord Jesus, and we praise Pope Francis’s soul for his infinite mercy love for the Trinity God.”
Charles, who met with the Pope earlier this month, traveled to Italy earlier this month, in addition to reflecting Francis' legacy, remembering his “compassion” and “concern for church unity.”
“His view of creation is the expression of God’s existence in God.
“Through his work and taking care of everyone and the planet, he deeply touched the lives of many people.”
