Tony Buzbee Authorization steps are being taken to try to dismiss Jay-Z Oppose his lawsuit, claiming they reached a deal, Jay violated – but Jay's camp said Buzzby was full of it.

Tony represents Jane Doe, who claims Jay-Z and Diddy raped her again in New York in 2000.
Buzbee claims in documents obtained by TMZ that Jay bullies his plaintiff with his reputation and wealth to change her tune and waive the rape lawsuit.
Buzbee argues that Jay-Z sued him in a flawed court case file but failed to authorize the foundation for the swimsuit…he also claims there is some type of settlement.
Buzbee said in the document… “Finally, the unremitting pain that Mr. Carter and his colleagues positioned on DOE has paid too much for her. On 4 February 2025, the solution between DOE and Mr. Carter was resolved by voluntarily firing his lawyers, including SDNENE.”
However, Jay-Z's camp said Tony suggested they live in fantasy places when they reached a “settlements.” Jay Chou's lawyer, Alex Spirotell TMZ: “Totally lie. He brought up a false case, misplaced, and was fired quickly by pressure. The end of the story.”
Tony Buzbee's lawyer Marc E. Kasowitz Tell TMZ… “Spiro’s assertion that no solution is a complete fiction. The emails between me and Spiro have changed and these emails clearly identify the solution. As part of the solution, Spiro agreed to withdraw 11 actions of the sanctions against Mr. Buzbee’s legislature.”
Kasowitz continued … “We agreed to withdraw the lawsuit that Jane Doe had introduced for rape in opposition to Jay Z and Mr. Combs regardless that Jane Doe continued to keep up that the possessions in that lawsuit had been true, and Jay Z and Spiro agreed to not ship any extra folks to harass and intimidate Jane Doe and her household. One-week later Jay-Z and his lawyer breached that settlement flagrantly by sending the supposed investigators harassing and intimidating Jane Doe and her home.”
Spiro admitted in court filings that Kasowitz did get his way to dismiss Jane Doe's swimsuit against Jay, saying he suggested that Jay-Z “will never settle the lawsuit or any cash to resolve the issue, given that it is an outrageous false accusation.”
Spiro said Kasowitz did ask them to stop investigating the Buzbee legislature, but Kasowitz claimed there was a “specific settlement” that could solve Jane Doe again…that's not true.
The reality is…Jane Doe Apply for her case to be rejected There is bias…this means it may not be restricted and in the case of commit, there is no attention to the “resolving” with Jay-Z.
