Donal Rollins also stars in the sketch as Ashi Larry. He was slathered in children's powder, proudly highlighting his chronically dry skin. Soon he encountered a bunch of bursting balloons. Rollins played Ashy Larry in the sketch comedy series that aired on Comedy Central from 2003 to 2006, making Chappelle a family title.
Created by Amuli and Bolia Matundu, Pop the Balloon is infamous for its format, in which a single contestant is introduced to a row of potential companions, each holding a crimson balloon. If a contributor has little interest in working with an eligible single, they're quick to pop the balloon and then reveal why they don't care about pursuing additional stuff.
Chappelle is hosting the first episode of the new 12 months on the internet. This is his fourth time hosting the beloved sketch comedy show online. Grammy Award-nominated rapper GloRilla will make her “SNL” debut as a musical guest.
