Jardine Garden Might visit Kokomo…' Trigger The Beach Boys star is dealing with a legal headache after being sued for allegedly refusing to signal merchandise.
Here's the deal…a man named Meade Chaski The Seaside Boys singer is being sued, alleging Jardine agreed to market merchandise that said it was “signed by three members of the Seaside Boys”.
Still, according to Mead’s high-powered legal professionals, Matthew J. BullittJardine refused to send out the souvenirs…in breach of his contractual obligations.
Chasky is suing Jardine for $100,000…plus he wants Jardine to cover up his legitimate accusations.
Jardine co-founded Seaside Boys in 1961 Brian, Dennis and Carl Wilson and their cousin Mike Love. Nonetheless, he remained a member of the organization…and regularly attended events with them for more than 60 years.
After all, there's been some infighting among the band members lately… although Jardine released the single “Want” last 12 months and dedicated it to long-time bandmate Brian Wilson. He also donates a portion of the proceeds to Make-A-Want Basis.
We have contacted Jardine. So far, there has been no such statement.
