After inviting his Summer House friends to attend, Cook saw that Joe Gorga and Catania had already hosted an event via the Internet at the same venue earlier that evening, so they eagerly agreed Stay for Cook's benefit.
“It was very accidental, but they were very stylish,” Cook said of the “Loon Jay” star.
Meanwhile, Medley joined Cooke after contacting him about taking DJ lessons. He then directed that she could co-host and receive individual lessons with him, to which she or he “completely” agreed.
Wooden, a good friend of Wilson's, hit it off with Cook at a summer celebration that continued to grow after Wooden joined. Budd and Lopez both asked to be involved.
“Some of our co-hosts may have had other options to get on stage,” he joked. “Most importantly, however, it's about hanging out, socializing, and getting shots with your followers. In fact, I encourage my co-hosts to work the room and socialize with everyone.”
Cook mentioned that this would be an important “occasion.”
The Loverboy founder said he wanted to make a profit because he initially felt “helpless” as he watched fires devastate neighborhoods in Los Angeles while living in the Big Apple across the country.
“I just thought, ‘What can I do effectively?’ Generally speaking, it’s the easiest way to do a good, old-school event in real life,” he said. “I want to remind everyone that having a platform, of course, putting out relevant information helps, but it doesn't take a lot of time to get to the next step.”
Cook researched many charities before deciding to donate 100 percent of ticket sales to Frankel's group, BStrong.
“I saw that Bethany had done incredible work for different disasters, so I chose a company that had been handling all the latest sheer disasters,” he explained, referring to companies affected by Hurricane Helene and Services provided to individuals affected by Milton.
Cook added that Frankel “deserves some credit” for his work “behind the scenes” of these tragedies.
“When she puts her mind on something, she puts her heart and soul into it,” he marveled. “She literally dropped everything when tragedy struck. She had been working non-stop for two and a half weeks. I just think she deserves a lot of damn credit.”
Frankel informed her followers beforehand that she was in California with BStrong and working with World Empowerment Mission to assist in distributing “necessities” to victims.
“We're going to start distributing cash locally and maybe provide services for rebuilding efforts like we've done in different communities,” the 54-year-old “RHONY” alum mentioned in a TikTok video earlier this month.
