O.J. Simpson's estate is in a legal battle with one of his children… suing his son, accusing him of moving into OJ's residence and refusing to leave.
Malcolm Lavigne – A legal professional who serves as the specific administrator of the OJ estate – filed an objection with Main Holdings, LLC…which he said owns and operates Justin Simpsonorange juice and Nicole Brown Simpsonson.
LaVergne said Main Holdings purchased the home where OJ lived when he submitted a deal in which Main Holdings would own the home to protect OJ's financial interests and protect the property from creditor claims.
ML says that after Simpson died, Justin moved into the house…claiming that since he was the owner of Main Holdings, the house was now his – refusing to vacate the property or refinance Simpson's previous payments Payment for the property.
However, LaVergne said OJ should never have separated the home from the property and that it was OJ that had been financing the home.
Malcolm stated that Justin still lived in the house – even though he had a house nearby that was inferior to OJ's – and that Justin wanted it to be his own, in direct contradiction to OJ's wishes.
