Living in San Francisco's lasting Victorian era, famous for its “family” exterior photos, has been officially purchased – an earlier homeowner strolled over candy for millions of pockets.
The four-bedroom home in San Francisco's iconic “Postcard Row” (also appeared in “Fuller Home”) bought online information for $6 million, which is just a little bit, and that's just the $6.5 million originally listed as it listed $60 million when it hit the market on June 12.
Although the interior scenes were actually shot on a Hollywood studio set, the entrance doors and bay windows of the house are now immediately recognised.
But just because there is no interior in use at the moment, it doesn't mean that this 3,737 square feet grandeur is not shocking.
Three-story mattress boasts a top-floor master bedroom with fireplace, spa-like soaking tub, walk-in closet and views of San Francisco Bay – Talk about a complete home! The yard is a British backyard…full of concrete slabs that include handprints and signatures in the solids of the “family”.
The home originally built in 1900 received a major redevelopment in 2019 and offers a custom chef's kitchen that includes a wine refrigerator and top-notch home appliances.
