Musk seems fascinated by the museum-like décor of the Capitol Rotunda, with its large-scale works, elaborate structures and ceilings. He shook hands with many people, then stared curiously into the room with wide eyes, taking it all in.
The event was held in the rotunda, which seats about 600 people, as frigid temperatures put a strain on events usually held outdoors.

Trump is currently inaugurating his second non-consecutive term as president, and he is only the second person in American history to take action.
