didi Go after a grand jury witness and an attorney who he claims have been spreading lies about him… accusing them of fabricating stories for media consideration.
Disgraced tycoon is suing Courtney Burgess —A person who appears as a grand jury witness—and Ariel MitchellBurgess' lawyer spread what he called “outlandish claims” and “baseless assumptions” to satisfy public demand for “crazy lies.”
Diddy once again attacked some of the specific allegations in the lawsuit… accusing Burgess of claiming he has videos of the star sexually assaulting celebrities and minors.
The rapper insists no such tape exists … and says Burgess and Mitchell were simply telling “blatant lies” or making “reckless false statements.”
