Spotify experienced a wide range of technical points Wednesday as 1,000 customers reported issues accessing streaming services.
As of 9:16 a.m. ET, more than 40,000 customers complained about Spotify by using the normal time monitoring site Downdetector.com, indicating that they already have points for the Spotify App and website.
The official Spotify stand-alone account on X shows that the company is aware of these issues. “We are now aware that there are some appropriate views now and are checking them!” The account was posted at 8:45 a.m. ET.
