Cassi explain Didi While fishing, she was asked to read the financial institution's statement and wrote an e-book about him…and he or she would like to choose to place the Kibosh according to his authorization requirements.
Consistent with the new authorization document obtained by TMZ, Cassie is trying to get the court case file to kill her subpoena that claims she is served by Diddy's authorized group.
Diddy sent her subpoena on March 19, asking her to read “all memoirs, autobiography, narratives, diaries, journals or notes… and any communication regarding plans to publish or threaten to publish such documents.”
Cassie also claimed Didi asked her to hand over the statement from the financial institution.
The subpoena is fascinating in a pair of circumstances…because of one of Diddy’s all attorney cases, Marc Agnifiloclaiming that Cassie had suggested Diddy write an e-book about him that he could “capture and kill” for $30 million.
Agnifilo once again claimed in September that Cassie's lawyer's name Diddy's lawyer notified him on a recording line, and she wrote an e-book about the relationship they were designed to publish. Agnifilo also claimed that Cassie told Diddy that he might buy the e-book for $30 million to prevent it from being revealed.

The factor is…Agnifilo claims Diddy has objected to the so-called supply. He claimed Cassie turned down a lawyer and her new legal professional informed Diddy in November 2023 that the e-book was not a necessary result for a civil sex case.
