According to the affidavit, the patient fell asleep in the mattress when Griffiths allegedly appeared at her door and threatened to rape her. What followed was a physical wrestling, and within this range, the patient said she protested verbally. Regardless of her lack of consent, Griffith allegedly sexually assaulted. She escaped, saying she wanted to use the toilet and then escaped from the residence.
According to the doctor, Griffiths later found a half-clothed patient on the road, pulled up in his car, allegedly “threatening her, he would return and finish his work and kill her if she called her a policeman” Fox 4. She was allegedly called Jones, was called the police and took her to the hospital.
Detectives reportedly recognized Griffiths after the victim (allegedly aware of his license plate).

He also claimed he believed “it was part of the bill and part of the fantasy,” Jones allegedly told him that police had been concerned. Nevertheless, the victim informed the police that she did not understand some of the “sexual assault functioning expertise” and denied giving consent.

The warrant reportedly also states that Jones allegedly participated in the attack with Zelle, sending Griffith for $100.
The warrant includes alleged information between two men, that the second attack was intentional on February 25, and undoubtedly involved different people. A message allegedly spoke of “the subsequent plan was the plan to kidnap her.”
Twenty fifty neighbors are reportedly called 911 because an unidentified specific person appears suspiciously at the patient's residence and follows her.

Each Jones and Griffith's arrest warrant was issued on March 26. Police arrested Jones on the same day, and Griffith was arrested on March 29.
After Jones' arrest, Everman's furnace chief Landon Whatley confirmed that Jones was immediately placed in an administrative position, otherwise it could be separated from the Ford Value Police Department investigation before the results of the internal investigation.
“The character of the allegations and expenses is deeply involved,” Whatley said in the announcement. “The headquarters employees absolutely work with the Fort Value Police Department when reviewing this incident… We want to ensure that the general public and the issues we will correspond to are very important.”

Jones' arrest also shocked his traveling value neighbors, who said the suspect had just recently warned some sexual predators that were not imposed – after the preliminary incident.
“We were told that this is another person in the range,” said neighbor James Martinez. For WFAA.
He added: “Mr. Jones and a few girls knocked on my door here, talked to my spouse and said there was a car to keep your young man.”
“You heard that someone was next to the fireplace and you might have an overly respectful stage,” Martinez said. “Just seeing him doing these items, if you can't trust the department next to the fireplace, will it make you a miracle?”
He added: “That's your property. That's your bubble. You want to be caring and pop it, it's an impolite awakening.”
